Sculptures and shaders is an ongoing series exploring abstract art within the 3D environment. This series involves studying the fundamentals of shader technology and the blender material node system, displaying the results on abstract shapes sculpted within the program.

This exploration started when writing an undergrad paper on utopian aesthetics of 20th century digital art. Based on the study of works by Paul White during the 90’s. His organic and colourful approach to graphic design directly influenced by the introduction of technology created the perfect playground to explore and interpret what technology within graphic design means currently to me as a designer.
